Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise objectionable.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

The Company does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Indemnification

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

The laws of Indonesia, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For any disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding individual arbitration and waive your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
